FastLaunch Web Design offers website creation and design services tailored for small businesses, startups, and personal brands. Once a project begins, the client agrees to provide the necessary content, images, branding, and contact details within a reasonable time frame to ensure progress and timely delivery. We offer websites starting at $99, depending on features, pages, and add-ons. A finalized price is confirmed before any work begins.

 

All content created by FastLaunch Web Design, including graphics, layouts, and written copy, is the intellectual property of our business until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership of the final product will transfer to the client. However, we reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content provided (text, images, videos, etc.) is owned by them or properly licensed. FastLaunch Web Design is not liable for any copyright infringement or legal issues related to client-submitted content.

 

Payments are due as outlined in the agreement prior to the start of the project. We accept e-transfer or other digital forms of payment as agreed upon. Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in delays or project cancellation.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate projects, or cancel access to the website if there is a breach of terms, inappropriate behavior, or fraudulent activity.

 

FastLaunch Web Design makes every effort to deliver fully functional and secure websites. However, we are not responsible for third-party service outages, hosting issues, or content loss after hand-off unless under a paid maintenance agreement. By using our services, you acknowledge that no website is 100% free of risk, and we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of your site.
