Before any project begins, we provide a clear breakdown of services, features, pricing, and expectations to ensure mutual understanding and agreement. Once payment is received and work has started—whether design drafts, consultations, or content preparation—all sales are considered complete and non-reversible.

We do not offer partial refunds, cancellations, or returns for change of mind, unused time, or dissatisfaction resulting from incomplete client participation (such as delayed content or lack of communication). Clients are encouraged to be actively involved throughout the process to ensure the final product aligns with their goals.
